The HealthSaaS team has been developing patient and clinician integrated solutions for over fifteen years. HealthSaaS is now building web-based disease and condition specific Personal Health Application (PHA) solutions including PainPHA, DiabetesPHA, and SportsmedPHA. Each PHA has its own unique attributes as every condition or disease has specific elements that need to be tracked and managed.
Frank Ille
Frank has worked at Oracle as a Global Account Manager with responsibilities for account success at Nike, Boeing, Starbucks, Tektronix and Lockheed Martin. Frank was also a Global Alliance Manager at Microsoft where he owned relationships with Citrix and Computer Associates resulting in over $50,000,00 per year in joint partner revenue. Franks diverse background in technology, strategic alliances, health IT, and business are helping to define a new paradigm for managing personal health information. Many leading healthcare providers are adopting HealthSaaS technologies and Frank exemplifies a new breed of health IT leaders revolutionizing patient care. Frank will continue to be the leading visionary at HealthSaaS as we create new solutions designed to improve outcomes, efficiencies and lower costs for all.

Alan Paget

Mr. Paget co-founded HealthSaaS in 2007. He takes our visionary thoughts and architects industry-leading solutions for the company. Alan has twenty-five years of creating scalable applications for enterprise customers including Boeing, Nike, and Swedish Medical. He envisioned our patent pending framework that our suite of disease and condition specific PHRs are built upon. By adding the integration of mobile technologies and personal health platforms such Microsoft HealthVault and Dossia into our framework, Alan has positioned HealthSaaS as an innovative thought leader in the Health 2.0 movement.
Outside of the office: Cycling, entrepreneurship, volunteering for the American Diabetes Association, Oregon Food Bank, and the Trillium Family Services.

Michael Attwood
Chief Medical Information Officer

Mr. Attwood, has worked as Director of Computer Services at Western States Chiropractic College where he was a member of grant-writing teams which had projects funded by the Bureau of Health Professions of the Department of Health and Human Services. Michael has designed data management solutions for several major NIH-funded studies, written software specifications, has extensive experience in database design, data anonymization, data extraction, data analyses and enterprise backup routines.
Michael has also served as Chief Information Officer for National College of Natural Medicine where he was the chair of the Research Department’s Institutional Review Board. There he evaluated all proposed studies to help ensure an ethical approach and the safety of participants.
Michael is now working closely with PhD researchers for HealthSaaS particularly Dr. Rich Gillette, Dr. Bill Roberts and Dr. Beth Darnall, all internationally known pain researchers.
Outside of the office: Michael is an accomplished guitarist and musician. He has been a band member of the Rite of Spring, a well loved Oregon-based acoustic / vocal band, since the 70's. Michael studied the sciences (majoring in physics) in the UK, where he also took part in rowing regattas at an international level. His serious avocation is the restoration and maintenance of classic and vintage cars, especially Bentleys and Rolls-Royces.

Dale Stickney
COO/Investor Relations
Mr. Stickney provides HealthSaaS, with leadership in Business and Brand development. Creating new and emerging markets for the HeathSaaS brand, as well as securing partnerships while implementing a combination of strategic analysis, marketing, sales, and finance. Dale was most recently VP of Business Development for Mobilescore a mobile sports application now offered on most phones. Previously Dale was General Contractor for Redflex Traffic systems providing the wireless backbone network for the largest Red Light Camera network. Before that Dale was General Partner of Digital Express, a Medical digital delivery service, focusing on the advanced digital delivery of MRI, PET, and CAT Scans. Previously, Dale was Vice President of FES Win-Ventures, an angel-funding group based in Silicon Valley, where he was responsible for investments in broadband and streaming video companies. Dale played an integral part in raising initial capital money for eight successful start-up companies that are currently public.
Previously, Dale served as Vice President of the FES Group, where he managed a fundraising group for various non-profit organizations. For four years, Dale served as Directing Manager for Club Corporations of America in Singapore & San Francisco. Dale has extensive background in technology, finance marketing and sales. BS at California State University Chico.
Outside of the Office: My son rules all activities, Volunteering for the YMCA, volleyball, swimming, technology conferences.

Robert Tolar PhD

Dr. Tolar has over thirty-five years experience in public and private education as faculty member, dean, executive vice president/provost, and director of international programs in small business. As State Education Coordinator for the Washington Small Business Development Center for 11 years, he directed local community education programs in economic development. He has owned and operated successful small businesses in the United States and Canada.
His international experience has included designing, directing, and managing multi-million dollar economic and community development projects in Romania and Russia, funded by the US Agency for International Development. He has conducted project assessments in Africa, Asia, South America, and Europe.
Bob, is now extensively involved with HealthSaaS as an investor but more importantly as a valued management advisor. As HealthSaaS moves toward expansion into a global market his international experiences and contacts will prove invaluable for us.
Fred Ille

Mr. Ille received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Portland State University.
His skills and experience are varied and extensively honed from many years in marketing and financial management in the leasing business. This knowledge easily carried forward to his many entreprenurial successes. These included owning and operating a consulting and tax reporting business and being General Contractor for custom built homes. After that, Fred owned and operated a large warehousing and trucking businesss. And finally, Fred owned or partnered in four heavy duty truck sales operations in Portland, Salt Lake City, Greater Los Angeles and Nogales, Arizona. All these experiences allowed him to sharpen his management and financial skills while handling millions of dollars.
Over the years Fred has also been involved in community activities including coaching CYO basketball. He also served on the Board of Directors of the John R. Leach YMCA and Portland Metro YMCA. And he was Vice-President of the best and one of the larges Home Owners Associations in Oregon. Currently Fred is very active a a volunteer for the American Diabetes Association.
Fred is now involved with HealthSaaS as an investor and provider of extensive knowledge in marketing and finance.
Martin Thompson
Business Manager

Mr. Thompson has over 5 years managing research projects from basic data gathering to FDA approved device implantation and CMS approved Humanitarian Use Device programs. With the addition of over 20 years experience in the technology industry he is uniquely qualified to bring several disciplines to bear on any projects that need creative solutions. As a team member within the HealthSaaS organization, he brings all of this and much more to our efforts and ensures that all our research programs are accurately tracked and properly managed. Martin is CITI certified and has experience with several different hospital systems’ IRB processes.
Outside Interests: Martin is an active outdoor enthusiast and spends much of his spare time boating, camping, skiing, and hiking. He is also active with his children as coach and organizer of extra-curricular activities.
Passionate About: Healthcare Efficacy, Patient Empowerment, Renewable Energy, Environmental Consciousness, and Social Equality.
Trinity Dow
Executive Director, North America
Miss. Dow has over 15 years of business communication and administration that adds strength and continuity to the HealthSaaS Executive Team. With eloquence, she is a master at building solid internal and external contract negotiations that has lead toward successful outcomes for the sales and marketing of HealthSaaS. In addition, she is able to utilize her human resource background to fortify and build communications with HealthSaaS employees and is working diligently to encourage innovative communication strategic alliances with Healthcare Providers and Partners opportunities.
Outside Interests: Trinity enjoys her family, college football games GO BEAV’s, and has been the team Mom, for her son’s baseball and football teams. Health & fitness is important to her, and is a regular at the spin in her gym. Fine dining and finding tiny culinary gems are essential to her taste for the northwest, along with baking and creating mouthwatering meals especially for home entertaining.
Passionate About: Her Faith, her soon to be husband, and living each day to the fullest. She is looking forward to day to be a published author. Moreover, making a difference in the lives of the youth today.
