The HealthSaaS Connected Outcomes Platform is an FDA Class I Medical Device Data System (MDDS). As an MDDS, it is designed and developed in accordance with a quality system compliant with ISO13485 standards so it aligns with the quality requirements of U.S. and international regulatory agencies in the healthcare industry.

The evolution of the HealthSaaS Connected Outcomes Platform was driven by the need to connect data from different sources into the flow of the clinical practice as an asset, while minimizing unproductive data entry work. This patent-pending Platform can aggregate disparate data from many sources including mHealth applications, cloud based services, Telehealth solutions and connected medical devices. The Platform removes silo barriers making data available to clinician practices, provider networks, payers, self funded employers and EHR systems such as Allscripts, Epic, NextGen and Practice Fusion.

This new paradigm of care promotes novel types of interactions between patient and health care professionals working at different levels based on the sharing of information in a technology-enabling framework. Interoperable information systems are the best way to improve patient outcomes and lowers costs.

White labeled versions of our Personal Health Application (PHA) Framework solutions can be a key component to facilitate more successful clinician-patient interactions, Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) solutions, research studies and clinical trials. Disease and condition specific websites may also leverage white labeled solutions to enhance their online portfolios.

Custom enhancements can be added to the framework to track any other data required.

Disease and condition specific forms and questionnaires are available to support clinical trial services, research studies and Telehealth applications.

We also offer a graphical reporting module which can assist in tracking outcomes and help providers meet the challenges that are ahead with performance based reimbursement models.

HealthSaaS Systems Security

All HealthSaaS production servers are located in secure offsite hosting facilities. Regulatory compliance, service continuity, data protection and delivering a great online customer experience are critical and we have a dedicated team of certified engineers 24x7x365 who take accountability for managing all HealthSaaS services.

Because all data is maintained in a secure offsite ‘controlled’ environment, the chance of a breach is very low.
